My name is Michele Hoffman and I am a CREATIVE POWER HOUSE! I have created a unique artistic movement called Toy Tantrum Arts which includes visual art, performance art, music and photography Toys donations are use to make three dimensional art, along the side of performance art which allows people to wear toy masks in an everyday sittings introducing people secretly to the performance aspect of my art which is documented through photography.
My work explores the duality of American consumption and its relationship to our environment. The main purpose of my work is to recycle and repurpose old iconic items and give them new life especially toys that envoke deep emotional responses from the viewer.
